JK2006 One of the things I did when producing The Brits was create the goody bag - already a feature of American Award Shows. By contacting British companies we put together a superb free gift for performers and attendees.

My friend Michael Summerton was with the incredibly mean Rod Stewart after his wonderful appearance on my show and they jumped into the limo to go off to dinner afterwards and Rod pooh poohed Mike's grabbing a bag until, in the car, he started opening it whereupon Rod insisted they return to the venue and blagged not just one but two bags from the staff!!!
