There is one point I would like to know more about:

"You can't really engineer this, but if iTunes likes you, they might well feature your album on their main page, with a suggestion that visitors have a listen. Consequently, so many iPeople bought You Give Me Something that it was the site's most downloaded track a couple of weeks ago."

Are the features on iTunes really not for sale?
