andrew Who remembers that infamous phone in where the lad swore at them ? BBC do know how to patronize like when they say 'Prime Minister David Cameron' we know who he is or when they had Reg Presley on they showed you a photo or Elvis and said no in a joking way and said this Presley. We fucking know who Reg , David Cameron, Nick Clegg, Barack Obama, Apollo C. Vermouth are.
MCR Media I liked Five Star. Their first 2 albums were recently reissued on the cherry pop label, another two are
released sometime in April.
robbiex Its not nostalgia. A good tune is a good tune is a good tune. There are few of these around today, move like jagger been a rare exception. System Addict and Rain or Shine would be hits if they were released today for the first time.

"Why?" asks BBC News.

Not a difficult question to answer.

Funny how nostalgia makes crap sound so much better
robbiex Deniece Pearson is appearing in the Voice this evening. I saw 5 star about 10 years ago on one of these 80's Hear and Now tours. There were only 3 of them, but they still sounded pretty good to me. "Rain or Shine" and "System Addict" are great pop songs.
