Otis Wilbury Er...a bit rambling - and it might help if you mentioned that you were talking about Jeff Lynne.
Steve Well I have had both new albums for a few weeks and although I was not over excited at first with hearing that he had 2 albums out that were re recorded old songs and his own I have to say my opinion has changed. Some not all of the ELO songs sound better. I have loved ELO for 35 years so it is a bit hard to listen to new versions although they sound close to the originals in most cases.
Long Wave is outstanding and showcases his skills.
Looking forward like many to his new album in 2013 plus anything else he does!
The doco on him was great and the publicity he so much deserves. It may be decades away until the world reaslises he is one of the greatest musicians to ever breath.
