Jaded and Bored I predict a technology company would buy them.
Google? No more hassles regarding licensing for Youtube etc.
Apple? A conduit to drive sales for the latest i-(insert name here).
Microsoft? With Surface Pro doing well this could be Microsoft's way to get back at
Google, Spotify and Apple.

The recording industry cannot stand alone. It has to be swallowed up by another
industry that can tolerate the losses and make up for it elsewhere. Sadly artists
and their management have not yet cottoned onto this totally as due to the seemingly
large sales of Adele, Gaga etc there is still the false economy that the recording
industry is alive and well. It isn't and is DEAD! Recorded music is advertising full stop.
The movie business may suffer the same fate but so far Cinemas are keeping it alive.

Recorded music is still popular but needs a Man City style sugar daddy to prop it up.
As for us as individual artists. There is hope in merchandise. The comes with music
concept is alive and well.

Oh and on another note I hear P Diddy is the highest earning rapper. Funny that as I
don't think I have heard a new record of his for quite some time now. How is he doing it?
Well read my last paragraph. Happy Easter folks and let's not forget the true
(oops I mean the adopted) meaning of Easter.
DJones Wayne Rosso today:
"The latest music biz buzz that’s yet to go viral is that one of the three remaining major labels is shopping for a buyer and, according to a well-informed source, “it ain’t Warner”. According to the source, the boards of both Sony and Vivendi are sick of holding on to, in his words, “these bags of shit” and want to divest. “One of these company’s will be sold in the next 6 to 12 months,” he says."
