Blue Boy Just checked and it seems that the titles were bought for £10.8m so not quite dead.

Your conclusion on reading about music is probably correct but I'm not sure it is the sole reason for this transaction. Most magazines, books and newspapers are sufffering falling sales.
JK2006 Prog, Classic Rock and other magazines to be dumped by Future. It seems not only do people no longer want to hear music, they don't want to read about it either.
