DJKZ I'm gonna have to get back to you on the year so far.
I dont think any figures have been released.
But the top 3 selling singles of 2005 were:

Anthony Callea "the prayer"
Pussycat Dolls "dont cha"
Akon "lonely"

Will find out about this year so far.
Speaking of stats, the download sales in australia passed 9m units, more than CD single which slumped to 2.5m sales.
