It doesn't sound right for this weather but... two gammon ham steaks fried with mushrooms and béarnaise sauce, plus Aloo Gobi JK style (potatoes and cauliflower with added onions, garlic, spices and cream) and a chilled avocado and celery salad with vinaigrette.
Tsing Tao beer.
Mmmm...
Now up to my air conditioned, fan cooled bedroom...
Pardon me for saying JK, but the menus you post, while undoubtedly yummy, seem to be highly calorific and have a fairly high fat content. Is that a good idea?

I always rather admired you for not falling into the trap of "looking the way a pop star should look" despite being naturally beautiful.
I think you should eat what you like and enjoy it, and no need to avoid the breakfasts if you remove the salt and cook without oil.

If you go to the supermarket shortly before they close or put new stock out you can get some terrific bargains. I regularly buy steak for twenty pence and freeze it. You cant guarantee what will be there but its fun to make meals cheaply from usually expensive ingredients.
