A WOMAN accused of unlawfully performing oral sex on her ex-husband, has no case to answer, the Adelaide Magistrates Court has heard.

The woman, 49, is charged with engaging in sexual intercourse without consent in August 2011 at an address on the Eyre Peninsula.

The complainant said he was awoken by his ex-wife performing fellatio on him.

She appeared in the court on Friday when her lawyer said she had no case to answer, noting it involved the woman’s word against the complainant's.

The case was adjourned until September 6.

Just ban any form of sex. Like I said before HHS waiting lists would just disappear. Maternity could be used for other cases. There would never a shortage of beds, schools & everybody would be in work.

It would take less than 25 years & then all schools could closedown, along with colleges & universities.

There would be no one under 25. No teenage pregnancy. Less crime. The Police force could be cut (though they#d be too old anyway). And there'd be plenty of housing for everyone.

The downside to this being the human race would be extinct within 100 years. It would come to a point, when there were no one under 65 around & many would be unfit to work, so therefore money would dry up & there would be people fighting for food, had they not now turned to self sufficiency (cos they'd had too). TV & Radio would also disappear (yippee!) & probably many would kill each other, in selfish greed & hunger. No one could really be lazy (if they wanted to survive). The world would be just one big Old Folks Home...All waiting for their maker. No time for stupidity, no sex, no religion, no money. We've won!

Am I joking? Possibly not.
