Now, frail old men are ugly and vile - and fair game for this nasty society to hold to ransom for what they may or may not have done as young men, regardless of their current state of well-being.
Charging men with dementia and raiding nursing homes cannot be far away.

how could anyone defend such a claim let alone remember events form that era ?

## NSW has now put a time limit on abuse compensation claims : 10 years (you only 3 for most other civil claims- 6 at the most).

the time limit begins from the age of 18.

the usual hysterical crowd are up in arms !!..but why ? If it's 'justice' they want surely that is all that matters ?

it will be interesting to see how this affects claims.
