It's a debate, yes.........but I'm getting a bit tired of the arguement now. I have a view and a position on it, but no amount of argueing with colleagues or messageboards or anyone else of an opposing postion can deflect them from their view, likewise I think i'm right...........
For every headline there is a debate to be had about where the blame lies and who created the situation and was it an inherited problem from the previous lot...........it wastes too much time and energy to debate the reasons why, it is a waste of energy for the politicians, it wastes money to have a focus group or consultant tell you to do things differently, it wastes money to impliment a system half baked or unsupported only for it to be scrapped as it was doomed to failure by political inertia in the first few weeks............
I don't know what the answer is, but I'm pretty sure I now feel the current system is not working for UK PLC, the politicians are not working for UK PLC and the man in the street is not really being properly represented......
Based on this board, my leanings and the main protagonists views, I read the discussions and would say I know more people with the views of ITK, than I know people with views like Hedda....and yet it feels different, it feels like the minority view (as I see it or how it looks in my world) is not the view with the voice........So is politics about who shouts the loudest? ..... and then I also know that the same view would be held in the same arguement by the people I disagree with..........
Can't we all just get along ?
