His Railway Journeys are fabulous (he did Worchestershire Sauce this week; one of my personal nectars).

I've been a big fan of his "Railway Jouurney" series, including the one last summer which visited Europe. The series currently being shown is a repeat from a couple of years ago, but delightful to see a second time.

The blend of railway facts and the history of the surrounding area makes interesting viewing.

I hope he does some more - especially around Europe of further afield places such as Canada or India, where we had great influence over the building of the railways.

His bit on my fave stretch (South of France) brought me so many memories a few months ago; he's a really good presenter and the shows are top quality.

Don't forget Catalan France,some great train journeys missed out by those richer folks in the South East.
