Not bottled, as I see it. Challenged by Russia to wait for the UN report, and it is a checked response to that challenge...........Obama is in Russia soon, the atmosphere wouldn't be good in the circumstance of Russia making their statement and the USA defying it without some more political processing.........
It's politics, and Obama is a politician.....as well a c in c

A top Syrian diplomat Bashar Jaafari, Syria's ambassador to the United Nations said "Both Obama and Cameron, he said, "climbed to the top of the tree and don't know how to get down."
... and in the meantime, children continue to suffer.
There is no end UNTIL we bomb Syria's murderous un-elected non-democratic "government" (who will, by now, have hidden all their weapons - ready for another day).
Does anyone seriously believe that Assad wasn't behind the chemical attack ?
I ask (yet) again, JK -
WHEN will the opponent say its time for a re-think?
200,000 deaths ?
500,000 deaths ?
a million deaths ?
Yes I, for one, am not convinced Assad was behind the chemical weapons use; I cannot accept your view that the rebels are not killing anyone; I still cannot work out why chemical weapons are any worse than every other kind of killing; and I simply don't agree that we should go to war for entirely national problems in the region.
