Justice itself 'Perverting The Course Of Justice'.

"John was investigated under Operation Ore in January 2003 and cleared, because the site his credit card was alleged to have accessed (keysexyplace) was one of the very few accepted by the police as not being illegal. Not only was he cleared, but, later because of the circumstances to follow, he received a letter stating that ‘incorrect information was provided by the American authorities’. Despite what should have been seen as his obvious innocence, his reputation was ruined, first by the false information that was broadcast widely in the UK that all those investigated under Ore were seeking child abuse images and, secondly, because the information was released to his family and neighbours and to the school where he worked, where it resulted in his suspension. His marriage, now poisoned by the Ore investigation, began to fall apart and, during the acrimonious proceedings that followed his subsequent divorce, his ex-wife accused him of sexually molesting their eldest daughter. This reached court where it was agreed that there was no evidence to support the accusation and where the judge returned a ‘not guilty’ verdict. This allegation, however, further damaged his reputation and directly led to the calamitous events which followed."
