Indian rape sentences - DEATH - no, no, no... 11 Years, 10 Months ago
It is wrong to kill people. It should NEVER intentionally happen, especially when sanctioned by a society representing our species. I have always been totally opposed to capital punishment. Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

They took a life,they deserve what they get....or did they really do it?
I do believe in the death sentence,but knowing how corrupt India is have very little faith in their justice system.

This is about pandering to a violent mob,any fool would have served their blood lust.

I have little faith in British justice let alone India who learnt everything from us.

I don't agree with the death sentence, however there is very little doubt that they were guilty. There was massive amounts of forensic evidence and physical damage. I think that most people on this site wouldn't beleive a rape case if it happened in front of their eyes.

I don't see anything wrong with questioning and considering things rather than just taking what the papers try and tell us at face value, whatever the truth may be...

No mention of torture,and of course the judiciary had absolutely no incentive to get a 'quick result' at any price?
