Two Coronation Street stars are being ­investigated by police over allegations of a four-in-a bed-romp with two underage girls.

Greater Manchester Police are probing claims that two girls aged between 10 and 12 shared a bed with two actors from the soap.

Detectives have apparently twice interviewed a witness to the disturbing scenes which are alleged to have taken place in an hotel in 2008.

The witness saw the two stars in bed with the girls at 7am and told police one of the men jumped out of bed in his boxer shorts and said, ‘You have not seen anything, you have not seen anything’ before slamming the door.

The ­witness did not contact police at the time but has since told them the information played on his mind and he felt he had a duty to report it.

Last night a Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: “We received a complaint relating to an alleged incident around five years ago. Enquiries are ongoing."

The new allegations came to light in the week that fellow Corrie actor Michael Le Vell, who plays Kevin Webster, was cleared of child rape at Manchester Crown Court.

I take it this story is to justify Tosspot's forthcoming hatchet job on Corrie....

How pathetically transparent, if these girls were supposed to be 'between the ages of 10 and 12' why did this 'witness' not see fit to report it at the time?

I also find it quite unbelievable. It's stuff like this that leads some people to be scepticle of some rape/sexual abuse allegations, is it any wonder?
