The problem is that the media believe the only thing that matters is a good story.
The secondary problem is that politicians, BBC, judiciary, police, CPS... all nervously correct the minor problem ("all women are sluts"?) instead of challenging the media ... who runs this world? Us or the tabloids?

No backbones! (Even, incidentally, amongst the media - though Neil Wallis is trying).

This is what I wanted to tell the Leveson Inquiry and tried to do (but it wasn't in their agenda - no backbone).
