I'm sorry but when our police spend all their time catching men who might, 30 years ago, have put their hand on a girl's leg whilst reading her a bedtime story instead of stopping the obvious, glaring abuse a few years ago by a drunken mother, I think we need to take a long, hard look at how they are doing the job we want them to do and the priorities our media are giving them.
