I suspect these sites are hosted in the USA where Google abuses US law.

Perhaps Gorgeous George Galloway is the one to take up this case being run by a friend of mine who is suing Google for libel and runs this website where she has listed the hundreds of advertisers including Oz, UK & USA corporations who are allowing their ads to be placed by Google on a website where anyone can defame another person including business people, politicians and children who are accused of ghastly things anonymously.

To get your name removed they charge thousands$$$...basically it's extortion.

She has been extremely successful..BMW, Qantas, big banks and so on have demanded their adverts cease appearing but now lawyers warn that the advertisers could be legally held responsible in libel cases.
