Individual accountability - by police officers as well as CPS faceless civil servants - must be the drive for society and media; and I repeat - why aren't Surrey Police investigating why Milly Dowler's killer was allowed to roam free for years, leading to the murder of two other innocent girls?

Isn't it time that David Cameron did the decent thing and brought Andrew Mitchell back into government - he did no wrong, and was "fitted-up"

Failure to do so will lead to a suspicion that the police really do run the country !
