I can think of a few examples where that would be true. Like if someone gets drunk and throws themself at or propositions someone then decides at the moment their about do it she doesn't want to, if she says no it would still be rape, but she also put herself in that situation by her own actions.

I know of a situation that happened just like that, it was the victim that told me...

People do tend to have the view of an ugly man jumping out of bushes onto a helpless damsel.The vast majority of rapes are between people who know each other.

With a man jumping out the bushes the victim has done absolutely nothing to encourage it and doesn't have some responsibility for it, but getting drunk
and throwing themselves at a man and leading or perhaps even telling him he's on a promise then changing their mind - a hell of a lot more could and should have been done to avoid a situation like that, and we all have a responsibility to look after and protect ourselves as well as expecting not to be attacked by other people...
