Lovely man on local London News 11 Years, 8 Months ago
won over £7 million on the Lottery but still intends to continue working as a carer in an old folks home - the interviewer was amazed but isn't that exactly what most normal, decent human beings would do? Is it just me who thinks the vast majority try to work at things they enjoy doing, for the pleasure they get - AND GIVE - and are not ruled and obsessed by money?

I think it is what sensible people do. There is a local man who won several million pounds on the lottery and all he bought was a better van to carry his plumbing equipment in. He says he already has everything he needs.
If it happened to me I would just get someone in to finish off all the jobs in the house that are "about" to be done, and go on fabulous holidays. Not even many of those come to think of it, because I couldn't leave the pets for long.
"Things" don't seem to bring much happiness. The trick is to be happy with what you have got.
