Just invented it - Queen's Breasts.

Two chicken breasts; chop into chunks.
Fry an onion sliced small with 4 cloves of garlic in Olive Oil; add two Knorr Chicken Stock cubes; put in the chicken; add some single cream and a lot of ground black pepper; then a mango sliced and diced; loads of button mushrooms; take off the heat and let it cook in its own heat; serve with ice cold white Sancerre wine.
