The other (a former Minister for Europe) swindled us out of thousands and was still smiling when he left Court !

This MP was the member for Rotherham (where the local population is, shall we say, not the brightest in the UK) - and one wonders whether anything put up as a Labour candidate would get elected in such low intellect areas?
