Tam always had bad taste.

not a wise thing bringing up claims of orgies and so on- when you were once a pop star.

'Patrick James "Pat" McGlynn (born 31 March 1958, Edinburgh, Scotland) was a rhythm guitarist for the Bay City Rollers.

In late 1976, McGlynn briefly joined the Rollers as a replacement for band member Ian Mitchell. McGlynn usually played rhythm guitar in the band, occasionally switching to bass on stage in songs that featured Stuart Wood on keyboards.

McGlynn was gone from the band early the following year, and would subsequently enjoy some success in Japan and Germany as leader of his own band, Pat McGlynn's Scotties. In 1993, his composition "So Much Of Your Love" was sung by Sonia in the British heat of the Eurovision Song Contest.

In May 2005, McGlynn and former Rollers lead singer Les McKeown were arrested and later cleared on drug charges.[1]

He lives in Edinburgh with his wife and daughter.'

Never been to an orgy in my life Gnomo; not my thing at all; neither is Scotland!
Sadly my association with the Rollers finished after I gave them their first hit and a couple of follow up flops. They went elsewhere before they broke properly.

The Rollers had their own show on ITV. Another thing the BBC never bothered to do. Got all the best stuff free on ITV, girlfriend sometimes watches pointless that's about it. tear up the licence fee I say.

I wasn't but I went to 2 of Tam Paton's parties and I'm disappointed to say they were not orgies.

why he didn't ask me to be a Roller is a great mystery.
