the International War Tribunals has had to consider whether justice is served and truth established prosecuting old Nazis because of the time passed.

and in these sex cases it's invariably one person's word against another.

A suitable tart but unsubtle comment from the newspaper in publishing a photograph showing the man is physically fit, whilst under-emphasising the fact that it was his mental fitness which had called into question his fitness to stand trial.
