Did you know? 11 Years, 7 Months ago  
Tomorrow's storm is called Emily (after Emily Bronte who died on Dec 19th 1848) ?

Looks like the hills around Haworth could be in for a battering !

Nearly bought a pub in Howarth 20+ years ago.

The correct name is 'Howorth' - and ideal for a second home to be utilized when the influx of Bronte groupies is lowest.

you should thank your lucky stars..I spent half my life in my aunt's pub. They worked about 18 hours of the day 7 days a week without holidays.

On the plus side I got to wear my aunt's barmaid outfits but that's a tale for another day.

Hard workers always do - and they profit significantly from it.
