This it what pisses us off, we are the ones who suffer from their mistakes, if the money doesn't clear in 3 hours it can take up to 3 days. We had to wait 4 days as they put our claim in the wrong cycle, we went to pillar and post to sort it out and someone sat us down and went through our claim properly, they discovered what was wrong.
How does IDS get away with it ?
Will there be an investigation about the error ?
