I can well understand her being upset, but mistakes happen. What I cant understand is how she could possibly mistake chicken for haloumi. No amount of sauce could disguise the different texture, surely?

If you look at the file photos you can see how a lump of crap in a pitta could easily be mistaken form a similar lump of crap from a different pitta.

I think you have to take some responsibility for what you eat. I HAVE to check and double check because of an allergy, but I thought it was normal for everyone to have a quick glance to make sure they have got what they ordered?
