www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/economics/10...s-become-absurd.html

predicted on these very pages many months ago- not that a genius insight was needed.

Government subsidies fueling an artificial property price rise- just as it has in Sydney ( and made me a ( useless) paper millionaire) where property prices outstrip New York and even the farest flung suburbs carry Chelsea type premiums.

More madness from gormless politicians devoid of any policy apart from winning : they did it in the colonies let's try it here and visa versa.

Just as a dolt of state Housing Minister in NSW announced a "bedroom tax", an exact copy of the UK's- and I as predicted would result in a 100 lawsuits from council tenants demanding repair arrears going back years ( as per their leases) and the state government having to pay out thousands $$ in compensation / rent reductions not just wiping out a bedroom tax gain but meaning it now loses money because of the cost of raising it.

A pox on all politicians ( except Denis Skinner)..just put me and ITK in a room to battle it out.
