Morality changes... what was acceptable yesterday is not today... memory is fallible and tends to inflate events... media provokes allegations and confusion... simples.

Morality changes? it does, Homosexuality was and now isn't illegal....do you apply retrospective goggles?

Memory is fallible? It is, ask anyone re-telling an anecdote or writing an auto-biography or even recalling events that they were (or where not at) from history, like particular rock gig or a particular holiday....best ever gig you didn't attend (Sex Pistols Free Trade Hall anyone?) or that god awful holiday where it rained 'every day' (most days, but not every day)

Media provokes alligations and confusion? Of course it does, it has and will remain to do so while they are owned by media moguls.....why else would you own a newspaper? It isn't to let everyone know whats happening in the wolrd is it? You could rely on many other media to present facts about the news......no, you own a newspaper to put your own point accross, and in doing so, that involves creating confusion
