Excessive force 11 Years, 5 Months ago

What the bloody hell is excessive force when defending your property ? In Texas you get an award for killing a intruder in your property. Broken legs yeah right you can make casts easily. They should grateful he didn't use a scaffold pole or baseball bat wrapped with barb wire. Why should people have to tell insurance companies it only boosts up your premiums ?

When I was my dad spotted a intruder trying to take the VCR my dad beat the shit out of him with his fists and he ran out the door, nothing was heard off after that.

I hope the magistrate has sense and tell him to do it again if someone tries to steal from him.

It's stupid that people can't defend their possessions and lively hoods from scum, if they do they get tougher sentence.

Who makes these laws up ?

If my happened to my girlfriend dad he would of batter them till they were in a vegetative state.

I'm not surprised at this Pattaya, only 2 weeks ago a pensioner was battered in his flat just down the road.
