This statement takes the cake surely : " "You could be working at Costa. But in a couple of years’ time you might say, “I’d like to manage the area” or might even want to run a hotel in Dubai." 
yeh sure..let's all get jobs at Costa and then in 2 years we can all run those hotels in Dubai (which are slowly going broke)
