it's always happened..but now you hear about it.

this is why Barry Hunmphries when he first went to the UK in the 60s had his own newspaper banners printed up and would distribute them throughout suburbs, saying things like:

"New Outbreak of Leprosy in Hampstead"

..and sat back to watch the reaction..which was considerable !
