Trolls jailed 11 Years, 5 Months ago

Top BBC News story. Why do they bother? The two fat, moon faced children slapped inside used the same old brain dead insults all trolls use... why does anybody care, let alone waste money and time and now put them in prison? They are only looking to get attention. Ignore them. It works like salt on slugs.

I see also our old mate Peter Nunn - the West Country Gladiator of YouTube - has been charged too.
His case will be more fascinating, as he wasn't *abusive* per se, he was persistent (a little unhinged, but not what I'd call abusive or threatening) and referred to them as 'a coven of witches' and suchlike. And he keeps on

I am worried that it is the beginning of an excuse to block free speech on the internet. They will call anyone that tells the truth a troll. (As we have seen with the McCanns)

They have been around forever; they used to write, for some reason, in green ink. Celebrities loved getting letters from them; they were shown around to howls of laughter.

They should not be taken seriously. You're right Honey; persecuting the poor things may seem trivial but it is, indeed, an attack on anyone who disagrees with the majority.

Green ink ? I was told if your wrote in red at school it was rude and disrespectful.

yucky kids but jail seems bizarre and useless.

## funny but they did write with green ink !

although my dad always used green ink and won awards for his beautiful script but never had a bad word to say about anyone !

...unless..he had a secret vice and was Disgruntled of Nutting Heath who used to complain about garbage collection times in the local rag.
