M&S do excellent, pre chopped packs - one of celery, onions, carrots, leeks and other vegetables and one of butternut squash and sweet potatoes - all diced and ready. Pop them into a saucepan with olive oil, add a chicken stock cube, salt, pepper and small (similar sized) pieces of chicken. Five minutes - stir well, serve with mashed potatoes. Delicious winter fake casserole.

I hate Tagines Honey; one of my very few problems with North Africa is - I don't like the cuisine. Many of my North African friends invite me to family meals; I always refuse, telling them I hate the food. They ask me if I'm racist; I reply No, I hate most British food too; I love Thai, French, Italian and Chinese food.
Talking of which, just had M&S Chinese - spring rolls (OK but nowhere near as good as restaurant ones), crispy chicken with sweet and sour sauce (nowhere near as good as takeaway), fried rice (adequate)... won't be doing it again.
