Galloway accuses Tory Education Secretary Michael Gove M.P. for Surrey Heath, of misleading parliament.

The point, in two parts, relates to statements Gove made in the House of Commons on January 6, claiming that it was his department which informed police about a report alleging fraud at King's Science Academy, and that the school's main benefactor, Tory party vice-chairman Alan Lewis, had taken a reduced price on the site his company leased to the school.

"Neither of these statements is accurate," Galloway said.
