The majority, strangely, coming since the William Roache verdict.

Maybe, just maybe, one of the visitors is a courageous young journalist who is about to write an expose about police tactics in cobbling together certain types of case where no evidence actually exists?

It couldn't come at a better time - the very day a policeman was JAILED, for lying and inventing information that suited the police purpose.

Yes; ironic, maybe. Unfair, definitely. Different times - the laws and morals were different 25 years earlier, and they are different again now, 14 years later, in that (I hope) ordinary people, instead of simply believing false accusers, are starting to doubt their honesty, integrity and sanity.

Not necessarily for criminal reasons (though there are many of them - forging letters, hoping for compensation); sometimes genuine misunderstanding, changed memories, delusion... but they must NOT be believed (or disbelieved).

The police and CPS say "you will be believed". Honourable people say "not necessarily - if you're lying, or mistaken, you will be disbelieved", as shown in the Le Vell and Roache witch hunt results.

But police and CPS must be told - do NOT assume claims are true and do not advertise to raise your target results. That is wicked, immoral and, quite possibly, criminal.

Like the cop now in Belmarsh for lying about a politician, perhaps cops saying "you will be believed" and encouraging false allegations should be prosecuted and jailed.

It only takes ONE complaint...
