They are unavailable to help in national emergencies because they would not be "jobseeking" and their money would be stopped.

No ITK I don't stand outside Mcd's especially around here mugging spot. I get my Wi Fi from the pub which is near by. I take the appropriate steps to look for work at home and the work programme.
