millions are settling in for hours to watch mundane events such as knitting or a train journey

after initially hating "Reality TV" I'm now becoming hooked on it.

My favourites : Hardcore Pawn, Operation Repo ( Big fan of Sonya), American Pickers, Move to The Country, Secret Dealers (all of that ilk including Bargain Hunt)...but X Factor/ Big Bro etc leave me cold.

That and British murder / police mysteries. Now watching old episodes of The Bill and loving them.
