Savile - COMPO deal agreed 11 Years, 4 Months ago
The lawyers are happy.

The compo claimants are happy.

I wonder if the people who WOULD have benefited from the new equipment that Savile's will would have bought for hospitals are happy too ?

a new industry will arise : distribute your estate before death.

a very bad decision but a boon for ambulance chasing lawyers.

## and u need to make beneficiaries the executors as well..Jimmy's one big mistake appointing Nat West.

It's absolutely scandalous.

www.hardcastleintel.blogspot.co.uk/2014/...itain-puts-your.html

So now, an anonymous complainant. whose allegations are never even tested in a court of law, can rob your family of their inheritance. What on earth was the judge thinking?

It's too depressing to think about, but basically, you're right.

The main reason that the Judiciary are above the normal political process is so they can be independent ... and make the considered decisions that need to be made (whether popular or NOT).

How a Judge can award damages to a complainant who never actually complained / in a case that never saw a Court room / in an action that is totally unchallenged and unproven, completely escapes me !

Judge Fudge is obviously on Slater & Moron's books along with everyone else.

Who are these bastards? Is this what we get for sending all the convicts there - there are back to annihilate our legal system, and what's left of our society?
