when did these nutters begin to get an airing ?

The top oz Catholic Cardinal George Pell has just landed the top job at the Vatican (almost as powerful as The Pope) as basically the CEO of the joint. It means he will probably be the next Pope.

local "child protection expert on TV a'ranting and a'raving, flecks of spittle at the corners of her mouth ..."he is out of range of the law !!! no extradition treaty with the Vatican..can hide there for life" etc etc and so on.

Pell hasn't been accused of anything except being very conservative (although he is surrounded by a bunch of young priests called Pell's Angels.)

They never used to interview mad people or give them credence. Did they ?

FACT :those claiming sex abuse in the catholic Church are now in their second round of compensation..up to $200,000 so far.

FACT : Pell's greatest protegee is Oz Tory PM Tony Abbott ( much admired by the likes of ITK)...a 'cretin' according to British ( Labour) MP...just found out he was a TEN POUND BLOODY POM !!!!. Typical.
