Call me a cynic - I'm just mindful of the former DPP (and 'Auton') Kier Stammer's aims to become a Liebour MP. Not to mention 'national treasure' Lord Mandelson's position at the root of this nonce-sense...

And Operation It Could Be Youtree is proof *they* can implicate/arrest/charge at will.
