TOPIC: but you didn't say "No", did you ?
#113076
In The Know (as always)

but you didn't say "No", did you ? 11 Years, 4 Months ago
"Having got into bed it became clear to you within a very short space of time that there were sexual overtures being made towards you and you didn't say stop it. You didn't then say no. You didn't physically push him away. And thereafter on three occasions you leave the bed and go to the bathroom and on all occasions you return to the same bedroom and get back into bed with the man?"

"Yes," the alleged victim replied.

JK is correct and people are re-writing their sexual history as they age.

Not reported in the UK but widely in Oz are new so-called witnesses to be used against in the next UK celebrity trial

a woman of 24 is claiming she went to bed with him (40 years ago) and she he performed oral sex and she likewise.

Somehow this is claimed as 'evidence' to character????
(along with an all expenses paid trip to London)

we are not far from JK's alleged accuser who said he was hitchhiking and got a lift from him.

meanwhile what about this case:
www.pressgazette.co.uk/former-telegraph-...ory-stand-trial-rape

the claimant was dating the man and she says was raped 3 times over a period of 6 months. ...everybody should wear Google Glasses at all times...

Oh she was raped alright, because the new definition of rape is "when you have sex and change your mind later"

Just to clarify Hedda, the reason I often cite the hitch hiker as a ridiculous case is because he proudly says he REFUSED a lift from me.

A man, now in his 50s, decided it was not wasting police time but contributing to their efforts to tell them I once offered him a lift and he refused it.

Why would he refuse a lift? When he had asked for a lift? Unless he says you were waving your penis at him or something and if that was the case why not report it at the time? it sounds bonkers.

Ah Honey; if I remember the complaint correctly (I still have it filed away - if anything like this ever happens to you, gentle reader, the police HAVE to give you everything they have - disclosure - that they won't be using; insist on it, you'd be astonished what you find, much could get you acquitted)… the elderly man simply says I once pulled over in my Rolls and offered him a lift and he refused it. The suggestion was that he guessed I was a Vile Pervert and did not want to give me the chance to abuse him.

Was that, I wondered, a reason to go to the police? Answer - media publicity inspires such odd behaviour.
