Waxie Maxie - dodgy defence... 11 Years, 3 Months ago
All these boastful mentions for starting the investigation into yours truly (resulting in a wrongful conviction) and Gary Glitter… it only takes the prosecution to dig out the Judge's comments about Max and the News of the World in Glitter's trial for the jury to get a very unfortunate view of Waxie's morality.
Not something he ought to be mentioning.
And all this "size" rubbish… prosecution will surely explain to the jury, it's not the actual size that's important, but that it was a chat up line used again and again ("this is so small… what am I going to do with it?"). Not, I'd have thought, a very persuasive gambit, but each to his own.

If the reports I've read are correct, it was that he said it was tiny and asked her - and others - to examine it and do more… whether it was or not has become blurred and is, I suspect, irrelevant.

From the guardian....
"The defence counsel Richard Horwell QC told the jury there had been "contradictory" evidence about the size of Clifford's penis - ranging from claims it was "freakishly small" to others stating it was "enormous" - that had caught out prosecution witnesses"
Well, it can only be small, medium or large so you could say anything and have a one in three chance of being right and your evidence "corroborated"

One man or woman's small can be another's massive and, as I've said, the evidence was intended to illustrate behaviour, not detail or opinion. A foolish and misguided argument by the defence.

"Good honest filth"? I must say, Waxie Maxie's defence is very odd indeed. For a skillful publicist, he's taking some very peculiar stances. And talking of peculiar stances, am I the only one wondering why he waddles in such a strange way? Piles must be a distinct possibility.

Didn't that strange Nunnmpty chap on YouTube last year claim it was due to the fact that he is nursing a permanent semi?
