Still no verdict on Waxie Maxie 11 Years, 3 Months ago
Please not a hung jury; inappropriate and I couldn't stand a retrial with all that talk of his tiny penis.

Agreed JK - I think the jury should be able to inspect Max's weeny to establish who is telling the truth.

Ah but my point Gnomo, and I'm sure the prosecution point, is that it's not the size that matters but the "chat line" he used that is significant.

Mmm ... what makes you think a long deliberation will result in a Guilty verdict ?

You may be right, but if a case is proved beyond a reasonable doubt it doesn't take long to deliberate, does it?

I haven't had it confirmed but I have heard on the grapevine that the juror removed last week had been nobbled by a certain organisation with 'vested interests' in a guilty verdict

Not been following the story in minute detail - can someone explain why there are only 10 Jurors?

Two jurors discharged. Surely should have been replaced??

Thanks, Giles

Surely, if one Juror knew one of the witnesses this should have been sorted out at the selection of the Jury?

Seventh day - my jury took about 3 days to decide my verdict - (wrongly) guilty on 6 charges.
Waxie is facing 11 charges - so twice as long makes sense.
My trial was only 4 days long before the jury were sent out though.
Maxie's took weeks.

I would guess that they are clearly split on "some" charges, but maybe not all?

If something was clear-cut (either way) it would be fairly obvious to all fairly quickly.

Maybe they have decided on most of the charges but there are one or two that are not "that straight forward" ?

Does that make sense?
