Re:Clifford Guilty - 8 counts 11 Years, 2 Months ago
And just minutes later, Carol Walker, on BBC News, allows some lawyer to come on and refer to the accusers in cases that collapsed as 'victims'. How can they still be 'victims' when their claims were thrown out of court? Unless you don't respect decisions if they don't suit you? This is the kind of lazy reporting that gives MWT so much licence to keep going. If journalists don't pounce on that kind of thing - people ignoring not guilty verdicts - then this madness will go on and on.
Re:Clifford Guilty - 8 counts 11 Years, 2 Months ago
I'm almost about to give up on the reporting of these things. It's got to the stage where even lawyers do not seem respect the law apart from a few notable exceptions.
Re:Clifford Guilty - 8 counts 11 Years, 2 Months ago
As I posted earlier (on another thread) the delay in deliberation seems to me to be, clear guilty on a certain number of charges, but doubt (as to whether they had been "proved" beyond a reasonable doubt?) on others.
That seems to have been the Jury's decision.
Of course, the sad things is that they will perceive this to be a "victory" for Operation Yewtree.

Did you see that creep MWT outside court after, plugging his forthcoming doc on Clifford, praising (as you say) Operation Yewtree, and actually boasting that a new 'victim' had made contact with him as he stood outside the court!
