Farage - an opportunist looking for an opportunity ! 11 Years, 2 Months ago
Mr Farage said if he were to win a seat at Westminster it would "completely transform the landscape" for his party.

The UKIP leader said that should he win a seat in the Commons, and become an MP, it would enhance his party's "prospects"

www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-27216172

Yes ... it would give them ONE MP, instead of the NIL they have now !

It just shows his lack of commitment to Europe if he is prepared (while still campaigning !) to abandon that for a Westminster seat.

Also shows that Ukip is a one-man-band ... why does Farage have to stand (because no one has ever heard of any other members of the "party" ?)

Hahahaha It looks like he has taken your advice, ITK. Now he has dropped out of Newark saying he doesn't want to look like an opportunist.

16,000 majority was a bit too frightening, eh, Nigel ?

That way he can keep making promises that he knows he will never have to deliver (as he will never have any power).

Just got in and found one of their hilarious leaflets on the doormat !

All "claims" without substantiation ... such as

"Only Ukip will take back control" .... (how - with NO MPs ?)

"4000 people a week come to live in Britain" .... (and how many leave to live in Spain etc?)

obviously written for the below 50 IQ mentality (page 3 even explains how to vote !!!)

I got one I put the poster on the window, hope you have also ITK there are about 400 of them on windows on this estate now. Brits who have gone to Spain are retired or work, unlike the Europeans who work cheaply and sponge of the estate, keeping your Jobcentre ITK if you don't believe me.

Tories leaflet tells you how to vote also, I never vote for them again the TORY MOTHER-FUCKING BASTARDS.

If you want to know why Farage didn't stand for Newark he wants to be MP for East Thanet, he is down here a lot.
