"Insufficient evidence"? Starr CPS statement. 11 Years, 2 Months ago
I wondered what this meant. There was NO evidence in my case - only my word against others. The similarity in statements (coming, I'm certain, from using the same police officers doing all the "interviews") was considered evidence. I could not see how that should be regarded as evidence.

I wonder what the "evidence" was in the case they felt would have succeeded?

Isn't 'hearsay' considered evidence now? (unless we're talking about living politicians)
