When I was a boy - a thousand years ago - I thought Grace Kelly was the most beautiful woman in the world. My crushers were Kim Novak and James Dean but I thought Grace utterly perfect. I also thought Jean Simmons was far prettier than Liz Taylor (both similar brunettes). I've driven down the stretch of road she died on many times (Dean's road only once). All the buzz is that the movie is awful as well as unfair. Kidman looks nothing like her. My hopes are that some of her wonderful films will get seen by young people again and again.

Saw Grace's tomb in Monaco Cathedral recently.

Simple and dignified - near Rainier's.

as a subject for a movie I think it's a very commercial venture and look forward to it.

## Daily Mail factoid (they don't have): Nicole had her freckles (for GS she has red hair !!) "bleached" out and she can never go in the sun now as the rest of her body will go brown and where the freckles were, turn into white spots.

I find Monaco (like Budapest) so downmarket these days - with easyJet even lavatory attendants can get there !

Is the nearest airport not in Nice ITK? Only asking as i drove through Monaco last month. Not that impressive to be honest. Expected more, the scenery either side however was breath taking.

Monte Carlo is deeply horrid Angel, as you would expect from a town based around a casino. I loathe it and only ever go there to repair the Rolls!

MC is the same as Cannes and Nice.

Except - it has a better yacht harbour, more interesting history, a royal family and a Grand Prix.
